The Curriculum
Each module unlocks only when the last one is graduated. Two of them take place offsite, in person.
From “I want to speak” to “I know exactly what I speak about — and why anyone should listen.” The mindset shift from hobby to business, your one big idea and signature framework, your niche and ideal audience, and an audit of which experiences are stage-worthy.
Milestone
A positioning statement and signature framework.
From blank page to a fully rehearsed, stage-ready performance. Keynote architecture, storytelling mechanics, and the sticky IP — then voice, pacing, staging, rehearsal, and handling Q&A, hecklers, and tech failures. Together with Module 01 this forms The Speaker's Table.
Milestone
A powerful 45 minute keynote that is interactive and outstanding.
The commercial mechanics: what to charge, what to sign, how to close. Fee tiers across keynote, workshop, virtual and retainer; speaker agreements; the sales pipeline; invoicing, deposits and cancellation terms; travel, rider and logistics.
Milestone
A published fee sheet, one sheet and a template speaking contract.
Marketing, referrals, and a repeat-client pipeline — moving from one-off bookings to a sustainable stream. A marketing funnel, case studies and video testimonials, nurture sequences, cross-promotion, and onboarding a virtual assistant.
Milestone
A referral-request script and a working nurture email sequence.
A professional home base built to support bookings: topics, bio, reel, testimonials, contact. Positioning the site to convert visitors into inquiries, SEO basics, the demo reel, and LinkedIn as an extension of the site.
Milestone
A live or launch-ready website and an optimized LinkedIn profile.
Bureaus and planners book what they can see. Getting filmed live, negotiating rights with organizers and AV teams, audio and lighting essentials, briefing a videographer, and building a footage library you can clip for a year.
Milestone
At least one piece of footage suitable for reel-building.
Establishing credibility that outlives any single stage. Publishing paths, proposals and agents, bylines in Forbes and trade press, a live podcast interview, and turning your book and IP into keynotes and workshops — and back.
Milestone
A book concept and outline, or a completed article pitch.
How bureaus operate — and how to become a speaker they can sell. How bureaus make money, building a bureau-ready one-sheet and demo reel, getting on rosters, and balancing bureau against direct booking.
Milestone
A bureau one-sheet and a target list of bureaus to approach.
Media and podcasts: pitching yourself as a guest, working with journalists, media training and soundbites, repurposing appearances. Then diversifying revenue through workshops, coaching and licensing, and building a team as you scale.
Milestone
Keynote delivered, website live, fee sheet, bureau one-sheet, and media pitch template — all complete.
