Graduate one module before the next unlocks. Effort is structural, not optional.

A six-month minimum. This is a school, not a weekend course.

How the intensive runs
Discovery and build sessions conducted by phone over four to six weeks, followed by one full day in person for the intensive workshop and stage coaching.
Best for speakers who want time to sit with their material between sessions.
The full experience compressed into two consecutive days. Discovery, architecture, workshopping, rebuild, and stage coaching, all in one private intensive.
Best for speakers who want total immersion and are ready to commit fully.
